Welcome. Using TixPredict means you agree to these terms. They try to be readable. Where a clause has a legal job to do we've kept it short. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.
TixPredict shows you how live ticket-resale listings compare to the 90-day price history for the same event. It reads public listings from Viagogo, StubHub and Gigsberg and gives you the context to judge a listing for yourself. We're information, not advice.
Things TixPredict is not:
If you decide to buy a ticket somewhere, that purchase is entirely between you and the marketplace.
You must be 18 or older. You must use real information when you create an account. One account per person. No bots, no automated sign-ups, no impersonating someone else.
You agree not to:
If you do any of the above we can suspend or close the account. We'll usually warn you first, except when we can't.
Pro and Edge are paid plans. Free is free. Stripe runs the checkout and the billing portal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the pricing page until you cancel. You can cancel any time inside the Stripe billing portal we link from your account.
When you cancel mid-period the plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then drops to Free. Annual plans bill once per year. Founder pricing is locked at the rate you signed up with, for as long as the subscription stays active without lapsing.
Prices can change. If we put prices up for a plan you're already on, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
The full refund policy lives at /refunds. Short version: 14 days from the day you pay, email refunds@tixpredict.com and we'll refund you. No interrogation, no hoops. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and we'll only issue one if the data we're supposed to deliver is demonstrably broken on our end.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We promise to take reasonable care to keep the service running and the data fresh on the cadence each plan describes. We can't promise zero downtime. Marketplaces we scrape sometimes change their pages, throw rate limits at us, or go down. When that happens we patch, but the data may be stale for a few hours.
We don't guarantee any of the following:
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or anything else that can't be limited or excluded under English law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in that period, and (b) £100. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or the price you paid for a ticket on a marketplace we link to.
The site, brand, code and the way we present data are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service while your account is active. Public marketplace listing data is owned by the marketplaces; we show it under fair-use / aggregation principles. If you're a marketplace and want to chat about that, email us.
You can close your account at any time from the billing portal or by emailing us. We can suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, abuse of the service, or for legal or regulatory reasons. We'll usually give notice. We refund any unused, prepaid portion of a paid plan when we close an account for a reason that isn't your fault.
We'll keep building. Features come and go. We'll try not to remove anything central to the plan you're paying for without notice.
For changes to these terms: small edits we just publish, with a bumped date at the top. Material changes get 30 days notice by email to the address on your account. If you don't agree, cancel before the new terms take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If we have a dispute we can't resolve over email, the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer outside England and Wales you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
We don't require binding pre-dispute arbitration. UK consumers are free to go to court, including the small claims track of the County Court for lower-value disputes, and we won't try to stop you.
